Disney’s PowerRangers.com website has been updated with some cool new wallpapers spanning all seasons. This one would have to be my favorite (since this one’s messed up). But what’s up with the logo on this wallpaper? I don’t recall se ing it before. :/

An article in USA Today has finally revealed the cast for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles CGI film, heading to theaters on March 16th 2007. Buffy The Vampire Slayer’s Sarah Michelle Gellar will voice April O’Neil and Fantastic Four’s Chris Evans will voice the role of Casey Jones. On the dark side, villians Karai and Max Winters will be voiced by Ziyi Zhang and X-Men’s Patrick Stewart respectively. The film will also feature a cameo appearance by Kevin Smith as a chef. The Turtles themselves however will not be voiced by celebrities.. I’m so looking forward to this one. :)

TVShowsOnDVD.com now has cover art and a street date for Avatar: The Last Airbender - Book 2: Earth, Volume 2. Expect it on shelves on April 10th, 2007.. The site has also discovered the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987): Season Four DVD set being released on March 13th. :)

The long-rumored Spider-Man 2: Extended Edition will finally get a DVD release in late April 2007 in order to coincide with the theatrical release of Spider-Man 3, according to DavisDVD (*fingers crossed for a free ticket*). But first, the extended version of the film will premiere on the FX cable network on January 2nd 2007 at 7PM ET/PT and will feature all-new sneak peek footage of the upcoming sequel. Coooool. :)

FUNimation has posted a new FAQ concerning their new boxed set DVD release of Dragon Ball Z: Season One - The Vegeta Saga Uncut, which will arrive on store shelves February 6th. And once again, they try to spin that the cropping of 20% of the original picture in order to make it widescreen is a good thing. *rolls eyes*

The 1960s TV series The Prisoner is going to be remade for the cable network AMC. And the premise sounds pretty similar to my story The Prisoner. But I can’t recall ever seeing this series. Ever. And yet I thought I had come up with the title and premise on my own, with the only difference being the September 11th elements. Strange. The new series isn’t expected to premiere until January 2008… The Prisoner will tell a story similar to the original series, as it follows a man who finds himself inexplicably trapped in The Village, with no memory of how he arrived. As he frantically explores his environment, he discovers that its inhabitants are identified by number instead of by name, have no memory of a prior existence or outside civilization, and are under constant surveillance by a repressive authority. Not knowing who to trust, Number Six is driven by the desperate need to discover the truth behind The Village, the reason for his being there, and most importantly, how he can survive and escape to his previous life.

I had an odd dream in which I thought I would receive a non-food item I had purchased elsewhere.. at McDonald’s. I had a hard time understanding the girl at the register as she mentioned some kind of way to transfer a receipt or something from ice to paper. I eventually moved on to another store, but she found me there and handed me a blue, faded ink check for $7.50. Then I woke up. That was quite strange..

I awoke and got online for a bit, then watched some morning TV. But then I fell asleep again and had another useless dream. I was in someone else’s house.. writing a story or something. I’ve been thinking about starting a new story lately. It would be sorta autobiographical, but with.. alien contact and visitation. Because I miss writing about aliens. *shrug* ..I awoke and yelled at the news lady on the TV for being ignorant of what’s really going on. Then I got online again for a bit. My dad eventually arrived home from dialysis. We had some lunch and watched Passions (blah for the most part).

I still wasn’t in the mood for a Christmas DVD (probably won’t be at all at this point), and instead watched A Scanner Darkly as my dad mostly slept. Barely worth the $20 I paid, but definitely somewhere under that. I actually enjoyed the film. :) My dad went out to get some fast food for supper, then I got online to news-gather. My dad didn’t discover that my fries weren’t there until he got home and was looking as if he was going to let it go since he didn’t pay for the whole order and all. But he got all pissed when he had to go back up there. :/ I finished up online close to 8PM and returned to the living room.

We watched Identity (pretty good, I suppose), According To Jim (lol), King of Queens (lol) and 10 Items Or Less (lol.. season finale already next week? what was that, six episodes?). Once we were done with all that, my dad headed off to bed and I returned to my room for the night.

See ya.
