Check out this technical trailer for the February 6th DVD boxed set release of Dragonball Z: Season One - The Vegeta Saga Uncut. “A brand new format, just the way it was originally intended!” This will be the first widescreen release. Ever. Because the series isn’t “originally intended” to be in widescreen. FUNimation is lying. Back when they originally got the series, they cropped all four sides and pretty much zoomed in on the picture. Now with these new releases, they’re adding some extra picture on he left and right, but losing some on the top and bottom. Instead of fixing some film errors, they’re just going hide them.. along with some heads and feet. Maybe by the time the next HD disc format becomes popular, they’ll release the entire series all over again with the complete picture. Thus fooling the US fans into purchasing the series for the fourth time. Also notice that they’re attempting to sell this new set in the trailer by showing footage from a Dragonball Z movie that is originally widescreen. *rolls eyes*

12:00PM
I awoke in the morning and we had some breakfast. Then I watched Degrassi TNG (great episode ), Beyond The Break (*feels a bit pervy* *drools @ bikinis*) and Medium (finally found time to watch this one.. I like Ariel focus episodes >_>). Now I’m ready to go somewhere.. but my dad isn’t.. *watches as he wastes time* Great.

4:27PM
So we finally went out to a few places. I found 24: The Game for PS2 for only $15 at Dollar General. Buffy: Chaos Bleeds was there too, but I chose not to get it in the end. When I checked out, I noticed there was a 50% off sale going on for them. So I got 24: The Game for only $7.50. Yay.. Once we returned home, we watched Snakes On A Plane on DVD. I tried my best to be like those who actually voted for Bush (brainless) and enjoy the film, but I just didn’t like it all that much. Though I did enjoy the “mile high club” and plane landing scenes (*yay’s for PS2*). :p

Before I was able to watch a lot of the special features though, my dad began whining about his football game starting. I shut it off.. then discovered the game wasn’t starting for another half hour. *rolls eyes* I took care of some things then returned to my room..

7:40PM
I got online for a while, then went to my bedroom DVR and watched Naruto (those two episodes I left on the DVR last Sunday) and Ugly Betty (I hate it when someone pushes back an episode and it’s then recut as a flashback episode, with new intro and narration.. ugh.. this one was meant to be fourth, but aired eleventh.. and introduced a very main character, so his first real appearance was pretty confusing).

We watched some Deal Or No Deal rerun on CNBC. But I soon took over and watched Naruto (omg, awesome out of nowhere), Zatch Bell (sure, go back a few episodes in the run.. instead of airing a new one). Prince of Tennis (sure, skip ahead two episodes.. *rolls eyes* *starts losing interest because of it.. and because it’s about tennis* lol @ “island” magazine that that guy’s reading.. with girls on both covers.. “Look at those mountain peaks” suuurrrree..) and Mar (sure, skip some episodes here too.. and I was actually interested in this series -_- *misses Fanastic Four.. and BoBoBo*). My dad went off to bed early, then I fell asleep watching a new Mad TV before seeing a sketch I was particularly looking forward to.
