afro samurai v1 / fantastic four v1 / today
FUNimation has tentatively set Afro Samurai, Volume 1 for DVD release on May 22nd. It will be released in two forms: a Spike TV version for a $19.98 SRP and an uncut version for a $39.98 SRP. It’s done gone platinum. According to Famitsu, Nintendo has moves over one million ( 1,135,671 to be exact!) Wiis since the console launched December 2nd in Japan. And that’s in a little more than month!

White Council Not Dead, Just Sleeping?
Before I go on, I enjoyed Third Age. Just so you know the level of fanboyism that’s generating this optimism.
There is always hope, even if it is just a fool’s hope. Despite rumours last week that the game had been killed off by EA, last week’s 1UP Yours podcast said that EA were all “no comment” on White Council’s status, and now Next-Gen have gotten the same response.
If it’s dead, why not just announce it? Unless, that is, it’s not dead (more…)
